If you are moving, please remember to notify us. All contact information and address changes are processed at our Central Registration office. You can access the Change of Contract Information and Address Form here in ENG or SPA. This form can be emailed to our Central Registrar, Vanessa Rivera email: vrivera@lindenwold.k12.nj.us with supporting documents.
