Lindenwold Board of Education

Dr. Kristin P. O’Neil has dedicated the past 30 years to the field of education. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Sociology from Glassboro State/Rowan College of New Jersey, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Rowan University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Widener University. Over the course of her career, Dr. O’Neil has served as a Coach, Teacher, Principal, Director/Chief Academic Officer, and—since 2021—has been honored to serve as the Superintendent of the Lindenwold School District.

Committed to staying connected to her teaching roots, Dr. O’Neil has also served as an adjunct professor at several institutions, including Rutgers University–Camden and Rider University, where she has enjoyed mentoring future educators and leaders.

She is happily married and a proud mother of three children: Cameron (now in college), and Kyler and Carter (both high school seniors).

Dr. O’Neil is proud to be part of the Lindenwold community and looks forward to watching students grow, succeed, and take full advantage of all the District has to offer.
