• Mr. Jeffrey Patterson: Elementary Coordinator / Director of Preschool

    Jeffrey Patterson began his career in education in 2006 as an Elementary School Special Education Teacher at John F. Kennedy Elementary School in the Berlin Township School District after having graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Elementary/Early-Childhood Education and Special Education. During his time in the classroom, he taught 2 nd and 3 rd grade Special Education classes and the district’s Behavioral Disabilities class. These experiences taught him invaluable lessons about the social and emotional needs of students and how to help all children find success.


    Mr. Patterson graduated from Wilmington University with a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership in 2013. That same year, he began his administrative career as the Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction in the Berlin Township School District. In this position, he worked collaboratively with fellow administrations and teachers from Preschool to 8th Grade to enhance instructional practices to better serve students. In 2016, Mr. Patterson accepted a position within the Gloucester Township School District as the Assistant Principal at Loring Flemming Elementary School. During his time at Loring Flemming, Mr. Patterson became committed to building  relationships and creating a positive and productive learning environment for students and teachers. Jeffrey is proud to join the Lindenwold School District as Elementary Education Coordinator/Director of Preschool.

  • In September 1993, Mr. Gadson began his career as a math teacher in the Camden City School district. He taught at both Morgan Village and Veterans’ Memorial Middle Schools. During that time, he received his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. After graduating in 2001, he became the Assistant Principal at Lindenwold Middle School where he served for seventeen years. In 2018, Mr. Gadson was transferred to Lindenwold Preschool where he currently serves as Assistant Principal.

    Mr. Gadson enjoys spending time with his wife of thirty-four years, Renee, and their three adult children. He also loves traveling and spending time with friends and family.
